Your personalisation will be laser-engraved directly into the item. We recommend:
- Line 1: A name, title, or short message
- Line 2: An optional message, date, or occasion
We'll engrave exactly what you enter. We'll send a proof by email if anything looks unusual before engraving.
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post. Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of receiving your personalisation details.
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days (extra cost at checkout)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
Because all our products are personalised to order, we're unable to accept returns unless there is a fault with the item. If something arrives damaged or the engraving is incorrect (our error), please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right, no questions asked.
